自我介紹：
S. H. Chen received his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Yuan-Ze University, Taiwan (R.O.C) in the year 2008. His research interests include medical image classification and object detection, artificial intelligence, and optimization scheduling problem. There are 30 SCI journal publications with more than 1350 citations by Google Scholar with h-index 18.
